Dogs and handlers interested in exploring the sport of AKC Scent Work. Perfect for beginners with no prior scent work experience who want to build a strong foundation for fun, enrichment, or future competition.

• Introducing birch odor and building value for odor

• Developing independent searching skills

• Reading your dog's body language

• Recognizing and developing your dog's natural indication

• Beginning handling skills and search strategies

• AKC Novice rules, trial expectations, and what to expect at your first trial
